Ah, forgot to mention

Earlier this month yours truly was given a nod on Hackaday.com.

There was a contest on who could come up with solutions to reading the given barcode, i came up with a simple python script that did the trick.

Unfortunately, that means anyone that clicked on my name on hackaday saw my neglected site :)

guess i need to work on that
